Ready to grow into the therapist you’re meant to be—with guidance that’s both supportive and real?

Whether you're an intern just beginning your clinical journey or a Resident in Counseling working toward licensure, supervision is one of the most important relationships you'll build. I provide a collaborative, compassionate, and structured supervision experience designed to help you grow with confidence and integrity.

Supervision with me goes beyond case consultation — it's a space to explore your clinical voice, reflect on your growth edges, and develop a grounded, ethical approach to therapy.

What I Offer as a Supervisor

  • A warm, relational style that balances support and accountability

  • Specialties in ADHD, anxiety, trauma, shame, and depression

  • Integration of CBT, ACT, somatic tools, and nervous system-informed care

  • Guidance in working with teens, adults, couples, and neurodivergent clients

  • Encouragement around developing your identity, confidence, and self-trust

  • Support with documentation, ethical dilemmas, boundaries, and career direction

Whether you're learning how to structure a session, navigating your first tough case, or figuring out what kind of therapist you want to be—I'll meet you with honesty, curiosity, and care. I provide individual supervision and consultations.

I currently offer clinical supervision for:

  • Interns and residents working with teens, young adults, adults, or families

  • Clinicians interested in or currently using somatic and nervous system-informed approaches

  • Those who value authenticity, cultural humility, and neurodivergent-affirming care

Multiple people join their hands together in the center, symbolizing unity or teamwork.
