April Grant, Resident in Counseling, brings warmth, empathy, and a collaborative approach to therapy. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and navigating life transitions.

April is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, offering a safe, compassionate, and encouraging space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and grow. She provides a space where clients can show up fully as themselves—messy moments and all—and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and holistic techniques that address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. By incorporating psychoeducation, mindfulness, and practical strategies, April helps clients develop the tools they need to manage challenges and create meaningful change. With compassionate guidance, April empowers clients of all ages to navigate uncertainties and move closer to a balanced, purposeful life.
