If your inner critic won’t shut up, you’re not alone.

You’re not broken. You just need tools that help your body feel safe—not just your mind. Break free from shame with a neurodivergent-affirming workbook rooted in nervous system healing, created by a therapist who’s been there.

Let’s be real:

If you’ve ever thought:

• “I’m too much.”

• “I’ll always feel this way.”

• “Something’s wrong with me.”

Then you know what shame feels like.

You’ve read the books, gone to therapy, and filled notebooks with journaling… Yet the voice in your head still whispers: “You’re not good enough.”

That’s because shame isn’t just a thought. It’s a body experience. It hijacks your nervous system, your self-worth, and your joy. That’s where this workbook comes in.

Breaking Free From Shame helps you untangle years (even decades) of internalized shame, negative self-talk, and fear of rejection. With a nervous system-informed lens and neurodivergent-affirming strategies, it’s designed to meet you where you are—and walk you through the hard stuff.

You’ll learn how to:

✅ Quiet the inner critic

✅ Understand how shame affects your brain and body

✅ Feel safe being seen, supported, and connected

✅ Build a more secure, compassionate relationship with yourself

Inside, you’ll find:

🧠 Psychoeducation on shame & the nervous system

🖊️ Reflective journal prompts

💡 Real-life strategies that actually work

💛 A therapist’s voice guiding you with warmth, insight, and lived experience

Why it works:

Because it doesn’t just tell you to “love yourself more.” It teaches you how to actually feel safe doing it.

This is for you if…

• You’ve been stuck in shame loops, self-doubt, or emotional dysregulation

• You want practical tools that go beyond surface-level positivity

• You’re neurodivergent, trauma-impacted, or just tired of feeling not enough

• You’re not even sure what shame is, but you know something keeps holding you back

Meet Your Guide:

Cammie Terry, LPC, NCC

Hi, I'm Cammie. As a licensed psychotherapist and fellow human who has walked (and still is walking) the challenging path of healing from shame myself, I understand how deeply shame can impact every aspect of our lives.

For years, I was stuck in endless shame cycles - struggling with feelings of unworthiness and self-criticism, which kept me from being present in my own life and made embracing my true potential seem impossible. Through dedicated therapy, introspection, and the practice of self-compassion, I learned to break free from these cycles and create a life grounded in authenticity and self-love.
